It is always important to identify where you see what could be pivots in the market. We talked about that relating to the New York and California real estate markets. However, now we are seeing some numbers that indicate a general softening in the luxury real estate market.

 

Lets review those numbers and see what we might be able to learn from them. Plus, we will chat about some interesting revelations I am seeing in my own business that might just back up some statistics we talked about last week.
